11. Incredible Michelin Star Restaurant experience with very unique Drink & wine pairing, at Budapest!

💡Those with a beautiful soul can create beauty...”

As a restaurant from the Carpathian basin, we are always striving to source and use the best available ingredients not just from our motherland, but also from the neighbouring countries as well as from the late Austro – Hungarian Empire. At the same time, our Chef Kornél Kaszás and his team have international experience spanning across the globe, which can also be seen in many of our dishes.

The thoughts and traditions of this multinational kitchen team - Hungarian, Ukranian, Serbian - contribute to our Cuisine to be Central European and it also highlights our roots in the Carpathian basin. All this will be combined with the refined, scandinavian vision of our consultant Chef, Daniel Berlin from Sweden.

This enchanting village offers visitors a chance to experience the true spirit of Christmas all year round 🎄 The village is nestled amidst snow-covered forests and offers a picturesque setting that feels straight out of a fairytale ❄️

One of the main attractions of Santa Village is Santa Claus’ Office, where visitors can meet the jolly old man himself and even receive a personalized gift 🎁

The village also boasts a post office where children can send their letters to Santa, and they will receive a reply from the man in red 💌

In addition to meeting Santa, visitors can explore the various shops and boutiques that offer a wide range of Christmas-themed souvenirs and gifts 💈🛍️🍭🍬

For those seeking adventure, Santa Village offers activities like reindeer sleigh rides, husky safaris, and snowmobile tours through the stunning Lapland wilderness ☃️

23. What to expect and what I wish I knew before visiting Berlin’s Gendarmenmarkt Christmas Market.

1. Bring cash as entrance fee to the market is 2 euros cash only. Also expect many food stalls to only expect cash.

2. This market is a bit bougie but the ambiance of the surrounding Bebelplatz at least until renovations are complete in Gendarmenmarkt.

3. 800,000 visitors visit each year between Nov 27- Dec 31!

4. Bring a bag because there are many fine crafts to bring home like ornaments from Schneeweisschen Rosenrot, or other crafts from Weihnachtszauber” on Gendarmenmarkt is known and loved for its wide range of artistic offerings.

5. Give a 3 euro deposit for the mug that they decorate new each year particular to this Christmad market and take it home as a souvenir. Hot chocolate cost 4 euro, gluwein cost 4.50 euro inspireg

6. Food was affordable Bratwurst aka sausage was 6 euros but it was pretty small. Germknödel was 8.50 euros and was massive yeast plumfilled dessert dumpling with vanilla sauce drizzled on top.

7. Live music and entertainment was top notch so plan a few hours here to explore.

8. Dress warmly it was cold and ice/ show was on the ground just outside of the market.

9. Hours Sundav to Thursdav from 12 noon to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday
from 12 noon to 11 pm, Christmas Eve from 12 noon to 6 pm, New Year’s Eve
from 12 noon to 1 am.

10. There are over 80 markets in Berlin Germany so its hard to choose just one, but I am 100 percent glad I came here because it was easy to get to and in walking distance to Neptune fountain where you can go ice skating!

If you go solo this has more than enough to entertain you plus friendly people that made my experience a 10/10
